JPK Ventures LLC sells digital products exclusively: market intelligence reports (PDF), financial models (Excel), and AI prompt packs (PDF/text). All products are delivered electronically via LemonSqueezy immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable local taxes. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by LemonSqueezy in accordance with applicable law. Payment is processed securely by LemonSqueezy (a Stripe company). JPK Ventures LLC does not store your payment details.
Licence & permitted use
Each purchase grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share any purchased product in whole or in part — whether commercially or free of charge — without prior written consent from JPK Ventures LLC.
Intellectual property
All content, data, analysis, and formatting contained in JPK Ventures products remains the exclusive intellectual property of JPK Ventures LLC.
Delivery
Access is delivered electronically and immediately after payment is confirmed: a download link appears on the confirmation page and is also sent to the email address used at checkout. Keep that email — it is your permanent access link. If a link expires or is lost, email admin@jpkventuresllc.com from the address used at purchase and it will be re-issued at no charge.
Refunds & cancellations
Products are digital and delivered instantly. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is issued. Two exceptions apply: (a) if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially does not match its published description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair, replace, or refund it in full; (b) duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded in full if reported within 14 days and the product has not been downloaded. Refund requests are handled by email at admin@jpkventuresllc.com and are processed through LemonSqueezy to the original payment method.
EU & UK consumers — right of withdrawal
Consumers resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance sales. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun, provided the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. By completing checkout and accessing your download, you give that express consent and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming content are unaffected.
Merchant of Record
Orders are sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy processes the transaction, issues the invoice, and calculates, collects, and remits any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Your invoice and your card or bank statement will show LemonSqueezy, not JPK Ventures LLC. The LemonSqueezy terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

JPK Ventures reports are market research, prepared to inform business decisions. They are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and nothing in them is an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any market, company, or security. Figures are compiled from public and third-party sources considered reliable at the date of publication, and estimates are identified as such throughout. Markets, regulations, and tariffs move quickly, and no report is a substitute for the judgment of qualified advisers with specific knowledge of your situation, jurisdiction, and objectives.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of JPK Ventures LLC arising out of or in connection with any product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. JPK Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
